Delivery Times and Information
To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, we take special care in every step of the shipping process. Your canvases are professionally and securely packaged in rigid, high-strength tubes.
Production and Shipping Time
Ready-to-ship items : shipped within 15 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made artwork / Drying time : requires 25 business days for production, finishing, and safe drying of the paint before shipping.
Shipping and Tracking Methods
We ship throughout Brazil via [Correios - Sedex/PAC and/or partner carriers].
You will receive the tracking code by email and [WhatsApp/SMS] as soon as the package is collected.
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during business hours. Some carriers may deliver on Saturdays.
How is your art protected?
The canvas is covered with a layer of tissue paper or protective film to protect the painting.
It is rolled up carefully, without folding or creasing the fabric.
The artwork is inserted into a rigid mailing tube made of thick cardboard or PVC , with sealed caps at both ends to prevent impacts and moisture.
Important Information
Delivery Attempts : Carriers make up to [2 or 3] delivery attempts. If no one receives the package, it will be returned to our workshop and a new shipping fee will be charged for resending.
Incorrect Address : Please check the information before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for typographical errors in the address. If the package is returned, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Refusal of Delivery : If you notice that the tube is severely dented, torn, or open upon delivery, refuse to accept it and write the reason on the back of the delivery note. Contact us immediately.
Return and Refund Policy
At Byblau, we want you to love your new art. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have created a simple, fast and hassle-free return process.
Timeframes for Exchanges or Returns
Right of withdrawal : You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to cancel your purchase.
Damage During Transport : Please notify us within 2 business days if the tube arrives crushed, open, or if the screen is damaged in transit.
Screen Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the artwork must meet the following requirements:
Show no signs of use, chassis/frame marks, holes or stains.
It should be rolled up in the same way it was received, without any pronounced folds that crease the fabric.
It must be returned inside the original rigid tube , with the caps sealed.
It must be accompanied by the certificate of authenticity (if available).
How the Process Works (Step by Step)
Request : Send a message to https://www.byblau.com/contato with your order number. In case of damage, please attach photos of the tube and the damaged screen.
Refund and Reversal
Once the canvas is returned to the studio and has passed the condition check, the refund will be processed.
Credit Card : the refund will be requested from the card issuer.
Pix : the amount will be transferred to the buyer's account.
Custom Canvases
The 7-day return policy does not apply to custom-made paintings with alterations requested by the client. In these cases, we only accept exchanges for manufacturing defects.
